Maybe they are understaffed or not flexible enough. They are kind of failing because they miss the importance of quick responses to customer feedback. The problem is that Galaxy is not fixing the obvious problems fast enough by far. But then you have to use this feedback and quickly fix the product, otherwise customers will get frustrated. You can go to public and present an unfinished product. ![]() ![]() It's like they plan to have Galaxy really ready in 3-5 years. But since then there is remarkably low activity. ![]() Trilarion: I acutally don't mind they rushed it out.
